Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Government PG College was established in 1993 by government of Uttar Pradesh with limited resources now multi faculty post graduate college imparting education in undergraduate and post graduate courses in various disciplines.
This college has been accredited NAAC grade B, is a seat of higher Learning and inspires to instill values of discipline integrity and virtue amongst its learners. Keeping in perspective the spirit of the institution, I want students of this college to become an important assets in their chosen field of interest, develop skills and attitude to become creators and leaders and should keep aspiring for higher ideas.

I recommended students to keep their mental and Physical health at priority and make most of our facilities.
